Byron healing energy is unique and world famous: people of all horizons come and meet there in order to heal, relax and regenerate.

Byron has always been a very special place. In the old times , it was the largest volcano in the South Hemisphere. Cape Byron, the spectacular mountains to the West, and Julian Rocks offshore are all that remains of this huge caldera – above the surface. Deep below a huge sea of black obsidian continues to energize the whole region.

Byron Bay’s original inhabitants, the aboriginal people of Bundjalung, pay honour to the site as a place of higher initiation , education and sacred ritual.
Itr is said that one of the major “songlines” that crisscross Australia ( see Bruce Chadwin on my webpage “Esoteric Reading”) by linking together other sites of great meaning, such as Mount Warning ( Wollumbin) at 20 kms, with its wonderful cloud near Uki, or the superb cathedral of red earth of Ayers Rock (Uluru) in the centre of the Australian continent.

The Bundjalung people were not permanent residents of Byron, but it was a big meeting place , and also a healing and birth place, as it still is nowadays.

Byron Bay is a site of migrations , and even the local residents move and stay away, travelling, to then return later on to Byron, as I did it myself. Byron Bay energy is a magnet and will transform you, a place to honour and to love. This is what I will request you to do if you happen to come and stay one day , sharing the wonderful energies of the region, even if your visit is brief.

In a holy site, energies are magnified, and even positive or negative words, acts and thoughts are amplified. Their energies travel outwards in rippling waves and impact on great numbers and not just on the one who is “aimed at”.

It is not unusual for the visitor in Byron Bay to spontaneously experiment an emotional, mental or spiritual opening. Have no fears: this is a wonderful opportunity for your spirit to rise up and gain freedom; perhaps you will feel yourself strange or “ in a parallel world”, as you will not manage to understand what is happening to you….

In the beginning, this may provoke an emotional shock or utter confusion. From nowhere, the great beauty of a privileged instant comes and hits you deeply: it is a catalyser for a powerful positive transformation if you accept to see it, nurture it yourself and understand the message that was delivered to you.

You may even feel yourself vague, “detached” and experience a feeling of loss. What is happening very deeply in you can bring you to realize that you are missing something in your life. You are maybe not usually surrounded by positive people that understand you and… help you grow and elevate?

This feeling may accompany you once returned at home.

The crystal like energies under Byron bay’s surface support the elevation of awareness. The immense power of the black obsidian rock , a survival stone ( the Root chakra) will give life in you to the deepest emotions, and even the most hidden fears….This will certainly “move” yourself and carry you where you never went before. This is the essence of Byron , and provided that you understand it, you can then go with it instead of against it.

To live in Byron Bay or to come and visit is to enter the magic of synchronicity , to discover your own true nature and to gain awakening.

You will then enter in contact with your deep Self, your Inner Child, and at long last feel “at home”….

It is then up to you to accept the incoming changes as messages: you can decide to modify your way of life and your human condition for the better; have no doubt about it!

Byron Bay is a sacred site , and of course not the only one on Mother Earth.
